Rick and Morty is an American animated television series which premiered on December 2, 2013, on Cartoon Network's late-night programming block Adult Swim. The series follows Rick, an alcoholic scientist, and his grandson, Morty, on their adventures to alternate dimensions. These adventures often cause trouble for Morty's family, who are often caught up in the mayhem.
